Thoughts as of late...

Benson is getting so much older and is always jabbering something at me, I just wish I knew what he was saying. Sometimes I wish I had that baby translator thing I saw on the Simpsons once. If life were only that easy. Spring is just around the corner and Benson BEGS me to go outside everyday even when it's freezing. Sorry buddy, if you want to play in the snow you have to wait for daddy to get home. We are both getting a little stir crazy in the house all the time.

Benson is really into trucks right now, or Bi bi (pronounced like "big" without the g). He runs to the window every time he hears one. Yesterday I was walking upstairs to get him from his nap and the garbage truck had just passed by. When I got into Benson's room he was pointing to the window and madly trying to get to the window, shouting "Bi bi! Bi Bi! Bi Bi!" Ha. It was driving him crazy he couldn't get to the window himself to look at the bibi. Funny.

Mike's birthday is this Sunday! Happy 25th Birthday to my sweet husband. He's excited to join the quarter century club and I'm excited we are no longer two years apart (I turned 26 in Feb). Any good 25th birthday party ideas?

And, because every post incomplete without some sort of pic or video, here is our little man doing what he does best lately. Repeating mommy, mommy, mommy, over again. He is really into mom lately and I like it! So nice to be admired by someone you love so much! And in case you are wondering, hearing my name NEVER gets old when he says it! (most of the time...)
