Cracks me up

This little boy o mine has been cracking us up lately. Everyday it seems like he grows more and more into a little boy. This morning when I took off his clothes to get him dressed I couldn't help but stare at his cute little naked legs and think "When did you get so tall little man?" It was weird. But I digress. He is really figuring life out and the process is funny to us. For example, I was eating lunch with him today and had given him one of the child safety cabinet lock thingys to play with while he ate. He loves to play with toys while he eats. Anyways, he was playing and eating when I stopped to get him some milk and when I turned around I saw this:



That's right folks, he was using the safety lock as a utensil to spear his food and eat it. Did I mention that he is also really into using big kid utensils lately too? Put a pile of baby sized finger food on his plate, and he doesn't touch it. But give him a fork and he will sit there and eat every single thing on his tray. He also likes the biggest bite on the tray. Exhibit A:



(We were having waffles for lunch, one of mommy's favs) he was trying to stick half of the waffle in his mouth and got pretty frustrated it wouldn't fit in there. I was giggling the whole time.

That's all for now. I know you probably wanted to see pics of our new place but considering we still don't have couches, kitchen table and chairs, rugs, lighting...etc. we decided to post pics when they actually get here! Should be next week so keep looking for updates! They told us the main furniture should arrive next Wednesday or Thursday and we can't wait!
